   (C)   (1)   Any violation of the provisions of division (A) above shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $25 for each offense.

      (2)   Any person, firm or corporation violating division (B) above shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense, and separate offenses shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
