(A) The Police Department, individually or collectively, or any other person as determined by the Board of Trustees of the village shall have the authority to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating the weight limitations set forth in this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the other provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $5 nor more than $250 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each calendar day a violation occurs.

(C) A violation of § 75.13 shall be a petty offense and subject to a fine not to exceed $100.
