§ 70.059 ISSUANCE; LICENSE YEAR; PRORATING.
   (A)   All vehicle licenses issued shall begin April 1 and expire March 31 of the year following their issuance. When such license is issued for less than one year, then such license fee shall be reduced 50%, if payable during the second half of the 12-month period.
   (B)   New residents moving into this municipality with a Class B vehicle and having a sticker indicating that they paid a license fee in some other municipality shall, within 30 days of moving to this municipality, apply for the replacement of their sticker. The fee for such replacement shall be $2. In the case of new residents not having a sticker from any other community, they shall pay the amounts as provided for in § 70.058 and this section.
