§ 54.04 DETERMINATION OF SERVICE CHARGES.
   Stormwater service charges are established by this chapter and the revenue generated by stormwater service charges together with any other sources of revenue that may be made available to the stormwater utility will be sufficient to meet the obligations of the stormwater utility.
