§ 36.02 BUDGET OFFICER APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   The position of Budget Officer is established. The Budget Officer shall be appointed by the President with the approval of the Board of Trustees. The Budget Officer shall take an oath and post a bond as provided in 65 ILCS 5/3.1-10-25 and 65 ILCS 5/3.1-10-30.
   (B)   The Budget Officer may hold another municipal office, either elected or appointed, and may receive compensation for both offices.
