The Foreign Fire Insurance Board shall provide to the Village Board an annual audit of the financial affairs of the Foreign Fire Insurance Board to be made by a certified public accountant at the end of each fiscal year in accordance with the generally accepted auditing principles. The annual report shall be delivered to the Village President, each Village Trustee and the Village Administrator. Said audit shall be paid for from the funds collected from the Foreign Fire Insurance Company fees.
