There is hereby created a five member Foreign Fire Insurance Board for the village, comprised of officers elected as set forth below, whose purpose is to establish rules and regulations with respect to the management of money to be received by the village as foreign fire insurance tax receipts as provided for by 65 ILCS 5/11-10-1 et seq.
