§ 33.06 MEMBERS OF THE DEPARTMENT NOT CONSIDERED CLASSIFIED SERVICE.
   All part-time, volunteer members of the Department including the officers, shall be appointed by the Chief and shall be able-bodied and have attained their eighteenth birthday. Qualifications of candidates shall be as determined by the Chief and outlined in departmental regulations.
