(A) The Village Administrator or his or her designee shall serve as staff coordinator to the Commission and serve when necessary as Chairperson Pro-Tem. The village may provide a Secretary to take minutes and handle communications.
(B) The Commission shall meet monthly on the second Wednesday of every month at 7:30 p.m., with provision for additional special meetings as necessary to fulfill the mission and charges set forth by the Board of Trustees. The Commission may appoint subcommittees from its members to perform particular functions and study particular issues.
