§ 32.092 TERM OF OFFICE.
   Ex officio members shall serve for the term of their elected office. Effective May 1, 2011, of the seven appointed citizen members, two shall serve for a period of one year, two for a period of two years and three for a period of three years, or until a successor has been appointed and has qualified. Vacancies shall be filled by appointments for unexpired terms only. The successor to each member so appointed shall serve for a term of five years. All appointed citizen members and the Secretary of the Plan Commission may receive such compensation as may be fixed from time to time by the Board of Trustees and provided for in the annual budget ordinance.
