(A) The membership of the Economic Development Commission shall be composed of five Commissioners and two ex officio members. The Chairperson will be appointed by the President of the village. The two ex officio members will be the President of the village, or his or her representative, and a member of the Board of Trustees to be appointed by the Village President.
(B) (1) The members of the Commission shall serve for a two-year period, or until a successor has been duly appointed and qualified, as follows.
(2) The terms of office for said Commissioners will be on a rotating basis; however, the first members appointed shall have the following terms of office:
(a) Three Commissioners shall serve for a two-year term; and
(b) Two Commissioners shall serve for a one-year term.
