§ 32.046 TERM OF OFFICE.
   Effective May 1, 2011, of the seven appointed citizen members, one shall serve for a period of one year, one for a period of two years, one for a period of three years, one for a period of four years, one for a period of five years, one for a period of six years and one for a period of seven years or until a successor has been appointed and has qualified. Vacancies shall be filled by appointments for unexpired terms only. The successor to each member so appointed shall serve for a term of five years. All appointed citizen members and the Secretary of the Zoning Board of Appeals may receive such compensation as may be fixed from time to time by the Board of Trustees and provided for in the annual budget ordinance.
