§ 32.045 CREATED; MEMBERS.
   There is hereby created a Zoning Board of Appeals for the village that shall consist of seven appointed citizen members appointed by the President and Board of Trustees on the basis of their particular fitness for duty on the Zoning Board of Appeals. The appointed citizen members shall not concurrently serve on the Plan Commission.
