§ 31.050 APPOINTMENT AND TERM.
   There is hereby created the office of Village Treasurer, who shall be appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, as provided by statute. The term of office of the Village Treasurer shall not exceed that of the Village President.
