§ 30.46 REVISION.
   The President may appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, one or more competent persons to prepare and submit to the Board of Trustees for adoption or rejection, an ordinance to revise the village ordinances. The compensation for this revision shall be fixed by the Board of Trustees and paid out of the village treasury.
