4-1-4: LOUD NOISES:

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb by loud noise the peace and quiet of another, or any neighborhood, or family, or religious congregation or other assembly.

B. Any violator of this section shall be subject to a one hundred dollar ($100.00) fine. (Ord. 2002-4, 9-30-2002)
