4-1-3: DUMPING IN AND AROUND LAKE MATHERVILLE:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to dump any type of waste or debris in Lake Matherville, or on the land surrounding the lake.
   B.   Any violator of this section shall be subject to a two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) fine. (Ord. 2002-3, 9-30-2002)
