3-3-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor exceeding two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation. Each day in which such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 2012-11, 11-26-2012)
