Every license granted in pursuance of the provisions of this chapter shall express therein the name of the person or persons to whom the same is granted, the manner in which the articles so offered for sale are carried or conveyed; the kind, name, or nature of the goods, wares, merchandise, patent invention, device or other thing to be sold or peddled, together with the date of issuing said license, and time when the same will expire. Each license issued will expire December 31 of the said year of license and the person shall be required to purchase a new license after the current one expires. The license shall also include business address and a copy of the applicant's certificate of registration under the retailers' occupation tax act. (Ord. 2012-11, 11-26-2012)
