A. Application; Payment Of Fee: All licenses granted as provided in this chapter shall be issued by the village president or village clerk on application of the person to whom the same is to be issued or his agent, and payment of the amount required by this chapter for the full time for which such license shall run. B. Application Fee: All applicants for a peddler's license set forth herein shall be required to pay a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) simultaneously with the filing of their application in the form of cash, certified check, or money order.
C. Issuance: Each license so granted shall be issued by the village president or village clerk and bear the corporate seal of the village.
D. Exception: This chapter shall not apply to wholesale dealers. (Ord. 2012-11, 11-26-2012)
