Any licensee may have live music between the hours of nine thirty o'clock (9:30) P.M. and one thirty o'clock (1:30) A.M. on Friday night to Saturday morning and Saturday night to Sunday morning and on opening hours Sunday to eleven thirty o'clock (11:30) P.M. Sunday night. This privilege may be terminated as for any or all licensees at any time by the village board upon good cause being shown. (1993 Code § 3-1-12)
