3-1-10: SALE TO MINORS, CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any licensee or his employees or agent to sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to: (1993 Code § 3-1-9)
   A.   Any person who is under twenty one (21) years of age, except as provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-16.1; or
   B.   Any intoxicated person. (1993 Code § 3-1-9; amd. 2016 Code)
