A. Generally: Such license of either class shall permit the sale of alcoholic liquor as follows:
1. On all days of the week, except Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight;
2. On Friday between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and two o'clock (2:00) A.M. on Saturday morning;
3. On Saturday between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and two o'clock (2:00) A.M. on Sunday morning; and
4. On Sunday between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) noon and twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight;
provided, that the closing hour on evenings immediately preceding the following holidays: New Year's Day, Decoration Day, Fourth Of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, shall be the same closing hour as provided for Saturdays; and the closing hour of such holidays shall be the same as provided for Sundays. B. Class D License Holders: Class D liquor license holders shall be permitted to sell any alcoholic liquor or beverage on Sundays from eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. until twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight. (Ord. 2011-6, 8-29-2011, eff. 8-29-2011; amd. Ord. 2015-1, 2-23-2015)
