A. Meetings: The commission shall meet at such times as it may determine. Special meetings may be called by the village president, the chairman or by any four (4) members of the commission.
B. Quorum: A majority of the commission members then holding office shall constitute a quorum. Final action shall be taken upon measures before the commission with a concurrence of a majority of the members present, provided a quorum is present. (Ord. 2013-8, 12-30-2013)
