A. Frequency Of Collection: Garbage and refuse accumulated on residential properties shall be collected at least once each week.
B. Limitation On Quantity: No person shall place more than six (6) cans or ten (10) bags or any combination of cans and bags not to exceed thirty two (32) gallons per bag or can per residence or dwelling each week. Boxes will be taken only if they are flat and tied in bundles. Additional bags or cans will be allowed with the purchase of a one dollar ($1.00) per bag sticker.
C. No Chemicals Or Hazardous Liquids: No person shall place any chemicals or hazardous liquids in the cans or bags to be disposed of with other garbage and refuse.
D. Substances: No person shall place any liquids, building material, furniture, appliances, dead animals or manure in the cans or bags to be disposed of with any other garbage and refuse. (Ord. 2023-3, - -2023)
