A. Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully or maliciously break, damage, destroy, uncover or tamper with any building, structure, appurtenance, installation or equipment which is a part of the municipal sewage works.
B. Penalty: Any violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor and any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not exceeding thirty (30) days.
