A. Rates: The sewer rate for users within the village shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) per month.
B. Sewer Rate For Certain Users Discharging Unpolluted Water Into Sewer System:
1. Any applicant who shall pay all required separate meter costs and further shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the village board that all water through the meter is returned to the village waterworks unpolluted as per current standards for treated sewer water shall not be charged for sewer use on that metered unpolluted water.
2. For all other meters, the sewer rates remain the same:
First 9,000 gallons | $10.00 per 1,000 gallons (minimum) |
Every additional 1,000 gallons | $1.25 per 1,000 gallons |
