A. The police department, in conjunction with other departments of the village government, may establish a series of lanes on designated public properties within this village upon which skateboards may be operated.
B. The police department shall design and make available a map which indicates the location of all skateboard lanes and skateboard paths within the village. (1993 Code § 2-8-4)
