(a) All persons on roller skates or riding in or by means of any sled, toy vehicle, skateboard, skooter or similar device shall be prohibited from use in Duncan Plaza and on all public sidewalks or roadways within any business district and on private properties if posted
(b) All of the above may be used in other City parks but in designated areas only.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
