   165.04 SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY.
   The City of Massillon, Ohio, hereby adopts a policy on Sexual Harassment for employees. A copy of said policy is hereby attached to Ordinance 109-2009, passed August 17, 2009 as Exhibit “A”.
