There is hereby established a Shade Tree Commission for the City, which shall consist of the following nine members: the Director of Safety-Service, the chairman of the Streets and Highways Committee of Council, the Park Superintendent who shall all serve as ex officio members, and from each of the six wards of the City, one resident shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
