135.01 STATE TREASURY ASSET RESERVE.

(a) The City is authorized to participate in the State Treasury Asset Reserve of Ohio (STAR OHIO), a statewide investment pool managed by the Treasury of the State.

(b) The Auditor and/or Treasurer of the City is hereby authorized to file applications and documents necessary in order for the City to participate in STAR OHIO.
