   133.01 TERM; DUTIES.
   (a)    There shall be an Auditor for the City who shall be elected for a term of four years.
 
   (b)   The Auditor shall be an elector of the City, shall devote full time to such position, and shall have those duties and responsibilities as provided in the Ohio Revised Code.
