962.01 DISPOSITION OF DECEASED INDIGENTS.

Whenever the City is legally responsible for the disposition and related costs of deceased persons found to be indigent, the City assigns that responsibility to the Massillon City Board of Health according to the terms and conditions set forth in this Chapter.
