(a) After three officially chargeable false alarms in any thirty day period, each false alarm after three (3) within any thirty (30) day period will result in a $150 fine which shall be paid to the City immediately upon notification. Violation of this section shall be a minor misdemeanor.
(b) No alarm owner shall knowingly allow his alarm system to be used by any person to create a false alarm as defined in the Ohio Revised Code. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
