(a) All equipment used in installations shall meet the applicable standards of the Underwriters Laboratories of the United States and of Canada, Factory Mutual, or the National Fire Protection Association, or other recognized industry standard.
(b) Alarm Systems shall be inspected and maintained according to the applicable Ohio Fire Code and/or Ohio Building Code.
(c) Acceptance testing for required fire alarms shall be $100. Re-inspections or retesting shall be $50 per occurrence. After hours testing and inspections will be accommodated but will be charged $80 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum. Each false alarm after three (3) within any thirty (30) day period will result in a $150 fine.
