1323.07 ASSIGNMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES, PENALTIES, AND FINES.

Registration fees, penalties, and fines associated with and collected on behalf of this chapter shall be deposited in a specific fund in the annual budget of the City of Massillon and shall only be expended for Code Enforcement activities.
