1321.09 PLANS EXAMINATION.

(a) The application for a permit shall, upon request of the Building Official, be accompanied by duplicate copies of complete plans for the proposed construction, installation, alteration or repair of any heating, ventilating and air conditioning system before a permit is issued.

(b) Fees for processing and the inspection of plans and specifications for commercial buildings shall be as follows:

(1) New construction. The processing fee, upon submission of the plans, shall be governed by Section 1301.11 .

(2) Remodeling and alteration. Refer to Section 1301.10 (b).
