(a) The City approves and adopts the "Residential Code of Ohio, One-and-Two-Family Dwelling Code," Current Edition, Section IV-MECHANICAL, and any editions or amendments as may be hereinafter adopted and promulgated, which shall be applicable to all heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems within all industrial structures within the City.
(b) The City adopts and approves the Ohio Mechanical Code and any amendments as may hereinafter be adopted and promulgated, which shall be applicable to all heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems within all commercial structures within the City.
(c) Low pressure boilers shall be installed according to manufacturer's specifications, and to the Ohio Plumbing Code.
