(a) No license or registration issued under the authority of this chapter shall be transferable.
(b) If the person who passes the examination for a plumbing contractor's Registration ceases to be a member of the firm or corporation to which the license is granted or ceases to be an officer of the firm or corporation to whom the registration is granted, then such plumbing contractor's license shall be revoked.
