   133.10 POLICY ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS AND GRATUITIES.
   The City Administration is hereby authorized and directed to adopt a policy on the acceptance of gifts and gratuities. A copy of said policy is attached to Ordinance 100-2009 as Exhibit “A”.
