1511.06 DEFINITION AND EXEMPTION.

(a) Definition. “Recreational fire” is defined for the purpose of this chapter as an outdoor open fire utilized to cook food for human consumption, pleasure, religious, ceremonial, warmth, or similar purposes, if Sections 1511.07 and 1511.08 are met.
