1353.04 BUILDINGS TO BE KEPT FREE OF RATS.

When any business building and nonbusiness building has been rat-proofed and rat-stopped, as provided in this chapter, the occupant thereof shall cause any such building to be freed of rats and kept free of rats, and for his failure to do so shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 1353.99.
