(a) Before an electrical contractor's license is issued, the person, firm or corporation applying for such license shall pay an application fee of seventy five dollars ($75.00). A license fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be tendered by the electrical contractor upon the issuance of a license certificate. Licenses issued during the year shall require the full year's license fee. Such license shall be renewable annually on or before February 28th of each year. (Ord. 153-2010. Passed 12-20-10.)
