For the purpose of the Zoning Ordinance, the City of Massillon is hereby divided into the following districts:
(a) Residential Districts.
R-1 One-Family Residential District
R-2 One-Family Residential District
R-3 One-Family Residential District
R-4 One-Family Residential District
RT Two-Family Residential District
RM-1 Multiple-Family Residential District
RM-2 Multiple-Family Residential District
R-PUD Planned Unit Development District
A-1 Agricultural District.
R-MH Mobile Home Park Districts.
(b) Nonresidential Districts.
O-1 Office District
O-2 Office District
B-1 Local Business District
B-2 Central Business District
B-3 General Business District
I-1 Light Industrial District
I-2 General Industrial District
P-1 Vehicular Parking District
