(a) No person other than park personnel shall feed the birds, ducks, geese, squirrels, or other animals in or upon any public park with any food item other than the nutritional supplements dispensed by the vendors/feeding station located in the park.
(b) No person other than park personnel shall feed the birds, ducks, geese, squirrels or other animals in or upon any public park with the nutritional supplement dispensed by the vendors/feeding station other than in the designated feeding area located in the park.
(c) Whoever violates this section is subject to a maximum fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
