(a) No person shall be permitted on parks system land before 7:00 a.m. nor 1 (one) hour after sunset. Persons utilizing a rented enclosed pavilion or playing tennis and basketball shall be permitted to use lighted courts and remain in the park until 10:00 p.m., November through March; and 11:00 p.m., April through October. Persons using paths (in lighted parks) for aerobic exercise/fitness shall be permitted to use the paths from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. throughout the year.
(b) Exceptions to this section may be granted by the Recreation Board, Parks and Recreation Director, Mayor, Safety-Service Director or their authorized representatives.
(c) Lighted ball fields shall be under the jurisdiction of the Recreation Board and such Board shall determine hours of operation.
