No person shall climb, walk or sit upon any fence or gate, statuary, ornamental fixture or structure around or in any City park, or stand, lie or walk upon, except on walks so provided for foot traffic, any part or portion of the City Hall Park. No person shall mutilate, damage, molest, destroy or in any manner injure any property or growing thing in any public park in the City including, but not limited to, any grass, shrubbery, plants, flowers, fences, gates, fountains, animals, ornaments, fixtures, structures, equipment or trees.
