961.01 PERMIT TO USE PARK BUILDINGS.
   Permits are required for use of park system buildings, and shall be issued by the Recreation Board. The fees for these buildings have been established by the Recreation Board, approved by City Council and shall be collected by the Parks and Recreation Department prior to the issuance of such permit. The cost of said permits are as follows:
   (a)   The Kiwanis Club of Massillon, Ohio, shall be permitted to use the enclosed shelter building at Kiwanis Park once a year without charge.
   (b)   Local non-profit organizations/groups shall be permitted to use an open pavilion for a community event, as long as participation is open, once a year without charge.
   (c)   Sixty dollars ($60.00) for the use of the enclosed shelter building at Kiwanis and Oak Knoll Parks by City of Massillon residents. Ninety dollars ($90.00) for use of the enclosed shelter building at Kiwanis and Oak Knoll Parks by non-residents.
   (d)   Twenty dollars ($20.00) for the use of any other park, pavilion or buildings between April 1 - October 31 by City of Massillon residents. Thirty dollars ($30.00) for the use of any other park, pavilion or buildings between April 1 - October 31 by nonresidents.
