(a) False Information. Any garage sale under this chapter may be stopped or refused by the Safety-Service Director if the notice submitted by the applicant or permit holder contains any false, fraudulent or misleading statement.
(b) Conviction of Violation. If any individual is convicted of an offense under this chapter, the Safety-Service Director is instructed not to allow such individual another garage sale for a period of two years from the time of conviction.
